How do bookings work?
Everything via WhatsApp. You tell us the dates and number of guests. We confirm availability and send the terms. Simple and direct.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 2 pm. Check-out is until 12 noon. Need a different time? Talk to us and we will arrange it.
What are the accommodations like?
Chalé Araucária is made for couples, with a hot tub and an equipped kitchen. Casa Prime hosts groups and families, with a balcony, full kitchen and dining room. Both have views of the mountains.
Where is Chalé Araucária Prime?
In Bom Jardim da Serra, Santa Catarina, near the Serra do Rio do Rastro. We send the exact location with the booking confirmation.
